1. General Refund Policy

✔ Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days, but may take longer depending on the payment provider.
✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
✔ 30+ days before departure → Full refund (minus processing fees).
✔ 15-30 days before departure → 50% refund.
✔ Less than 15 days before departure → Non-refundable.

2.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations
✔ If a tour provider cancels, you will receive:

A full refund OR
The option to reschedule at no extra cost.
✔ Refund processing time depends on the provider's terms.

3. Changing or Rescheduling Your Booking
✔ Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before departure.
✔ Rescheduling is subject to availability and tour provider approval.
✔ If the new tour price is higher, you must pay the difference.
✔ If the new tour price is lower, a refund may be issued based on provider policy.

4. No-Show & Late Arrivals
⛔ If you fail to show up for your tour, the booking is non-refundable.
⛔ Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not receive a refund.

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation
✔ We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations and emergencies.
✔ Rapactraba does not provide travel insurance but can recommend trusted providers.
